Privacy policy
Last reviewed 1 September 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy still needs the registered company name, tax number and address, and the name of the data protection contact, before the site starts collecting a single lead. Everything else below is drafted and ready.
01Who is responsible for your data §
SpainEase (registered name, tax number and address to be inserted), operating spainease.com. For any question about your data, write to hello@spainease.com.
02What we collect §
- What you send us — name, email, nationality and whatever you write in the contact form.
- Case documents — if you become a client, the identity and supporting documents your application needs. These are special categories of sensitive data and are handled accordingly.
- Technical data — standard server logs. Analytics and any non-essential cookies only run if you consent to them.
The route check on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis §
- To answer you — your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.
- To deliver a service you contracted — performance of a contract.
- To meet legal obligations — accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering rules where they apply.
- To improve the site — only with your consent, through analytics you can refuse.
04Who else sees it §
Where your case needs regulated work, we share what is necessary with the named professional handling it — an immigration lawyer, tax adviser or agent — and we tell you who they are first.
We also use service providers for hosting and email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
05How long we keep it §
Enquiries that do not become cases: up to 12 months. Client files: for as long as the legal and accounting retention periods require, then deleted. You can ask us to delete sooner where no legal obligation prevents it.
06Your rights §
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@spainease.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
